• The company’s product warranty is valid only with proof of purchase, such as a warranty card, receipt, or other official documents. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Without such documentation, the company cannot provide warranty coverage.
• The warranty applies solely to the product under normal usage conditions. It does not cover damages resulting from transportation, product modifications, improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow installation and maintenance instructions.
• If a product under warranty is found to be defective, the company will repair or, if deemed necessary, replace the part or the product itself. The company’s responsibility does not extend to any damages or costs beyond the product itself.
• For products no longer covered under warranty, the company will inform the customer of service fees and any additional costs. Such charges will only be applied with the customer’s prior consent.

Shipping Policy

• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Order processing and packaging will begin within 1 business day after the order is placed.

Domestic Shipping

• Bangkok and Metropolitan Areas: Estimated delivery time is 1–7 days.
